CANCELLATION/No Show Policy

Please understand that our appointment times are scheduled to take care of each client’s needs during the patient's visit. We value advance notice from our patients that are unable to keep their scheduled appointments. In an effort to decrease unnecessary costs and to contain our fees, we maintain a No-Show/Cancellation Policy to all our patients. To promote efficient access to our clinic, we require that any appointment that is no longer needed or unable to be kept must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance, no exceptions. Cancellations must be made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on business days 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation must be done over the phone by speaking directly to one of the front desk staff at the clinic or via our text service. In the event an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no notice, a $100 charge will be billed. If card is removed or not on file, and open invoice will remain on your account. If a third; no-show or same day cancellation occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the patient-doctor relationship. Deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in effect for all appointments at our office, including all services; consultations, medical, aesthetic, laser, and facial appointments.
